RESUME ET PROBLEMATIQUE
De manière générale, tout se passe comme si le rêve ordinaire, était créé par une instance
et une autorité qui nous dépasse. Ce n'est pas le cas dans un rêve lucide. La pleine
lucidité onirique, c'est à dire être conscient que l'on rêve au moment même où l'on rêve (et ainsi, être conscient d'être conscient de rêver !),
est une expérience étrange et pénétrante.Quiconque l'a faite, peut en témoigner.
D'un point de vue philosophique, le phénomène est intéressant à de nombreux égards. Il invite
très naturellement une réflexion sur les états modifiés de conscience, sur la nature du rêve
et de la réalité. Mais surtout, il soulève énergiquement la question "Qui rêve ?", dans laquelle
on reconnaîtra facilement un avatar de la question "Qui suis-je ?". Prendre pleinement conscience au milieu d'un rêve
que l'on est en train de rêver est bouleversant. Un bouleversement identique à celui
que vivrait le lecteur, s'il se rendait compte, ICI et MAINTENANT, qu'il est en train de rêver qu'il lit
ces lignes.
